These terms apply to the Automated Shorts software and this informational website.
Purpose and access
The software is a local publishing aid for its creator’s own YouTube channels. It is not offered as a hosted service or for public account registration. Use of Google and YouTube remains subject to their applicable terms and policies.
Creator responsibilities
The operator is responsible for selecting the correct channel and video, confirming that they have the necessary rights, checking the content and metadata, and ensuring that uploads and publication schedules comply with applicable laws and YouTube policies. The tool’s status checks do not replace editorial, rights, or factual review.
Use of the software
Do not use the software to access an account without authorization, upload content without the necessary rights, interfere with Google services, or violate applicable law. The operator should protect local credentials and revoke OAuth access if a device or credential may have been exposed.
Availability and liability
The software and website are provided as-is, without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the project operator is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
